Brookfield Business Partners, together with institutional partners (including Brookfield Asset Management), agreed to acquire CDK Global Inc. for $54.87 per share in a transaction valued at approximately $8.3 billion. CDK Global is a leading provider of subscription-based dealer management software and services for automotive dealerships; Brookfield said it will leverage its operating capabilities to grow the company’s technology footprint and improve margins.
