Vivo Infusion, a portfolio company of InTandem Capital Partners, has acquired Infusion Center of Pennsylvania (ICPA), the largest non-hospital infusion provider in the greater Philadelphia region. The add-on expands Vivo's footprint into Pennsylvania and New Jersey and adds home infusion and specialty pharmacy capabilities to its ambulatory infusion platform.
