EG Group Acquires Schrader Oil

EG Group has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Schrader Oil, a family-owned operator of 18 convenience retail stores and fuel stations in Northern Colorado. The acquisition expands EG Group's U.S. network (Loaf 'N Jug) and will see Schrader sites rebranded to Loaf 'N Jug; the transaction is expected to close by end of 2020 subject to regulatory approvals.

The deals add X3 CNG's public-access CNG network (including major sites in Colorado Springs and Greeley) and Lancer Energy's expertise in building and maintaining CNG, RNG, EV and hydrogen fueling infrastructure.
