World Fuel Services Corporation has completed the acquisition of Flyers Energy Group, expanding its scale and geographic footprint in the North American land fuel segment. The acquisition adds Flyers' national cardlock network, commercial fleet fueling, lubricants distribution and wholesale fuel capabilities to World Fuel's platform and is expected to be accretive to earnings and cash flow.
