Auburn, California-based Flyers Energy, LLC has acquired Quick Fuel — the automated, cardlock fuel-sites business previously owned by Jacobus Energy, Inc. The deal transfers 49 fuel sites across 15 states to Flyers (which will continue to operate the sites under the Quick Fuel brand); DCA Partners served as Flyers' buy-side financial advisor.
