World Fuel Services Corporation Acquires Flyers Energy Group

World Fuel Services Corporation has completed the acquisition of Flyers Energy Group, expanding its scale and geographic footprint in the North American land fuel segment. The acquisition adds Flyers' national cardlock network, commercial fleet fueling, lubricants distribution and wholesale fuel capabilities to World Fuel's platform and is expected to be accretive to earnings and cash flow.

Fleet Feet Acquires JackRabbit

Fleet Feet has acquired JackRabbit, bringing all JackRabbit retail locations across 15 states and the jackrabbit.com e-commerce business into the Fleet Feet network. The deal, completed in early December 2021 from affiliates of CriticalPoint Capital, expands Fleet Feet's national footprint to roughly 250 locally owned and operated running stores and strengthens its omnichannel capabilities.

Grand Rapids-based energy distributor Crystal Flash, Inc. acquired J-M Transports, Inc., a family-owned fuels and propane transport provider headquartered in Newark, Illinois. The deal — Crystal Flash’s first acquisition outside Michigan — establishes a new Midwest Transportation Office and brings J-M’s drivers, dispatchers and management into Crystal Flash’s employee-owned organization.

FullSpeed Automotive Acquires 25 Quick-Lube and Service Centers in Dallas–Fort Worth

Worth market (majority operating under the Kwik Kar brand) from owner Ryan Ghoutiemeh. The deal expands FullSpeed's geographic footprint as an add-on to its platform, which now operates over 675 franchised and company-owned locations.
