Mobilogix personnel and offices will relocate into Telit's Irvine headquarters, expanding Telit's end-to-end IoT solution offering and speeding customers' time-to-market.

T-Mobile Acquires Octopus Interactive

T-Mobile (through its Marketing Solutions business) has acquired Octopus Interactive, the largest national network of interactive video screens inside Uber and Lyft vehicles. The deal brings Octopus's rideshare advertising capabilities and audience reach into T-Mobile's ad-tech offering, powering drivers' devices on T-Mobile's network and expanding Marketing Solutions' out-of-home advertising inventory.

Autonomy Acquires EV Mobility's Technology, Assets and Customer Accounts

Autonomy, an electric vehicle subscription company based in Santa Monica, has agreed to acquire the technology, assets and customer accounts of EV Mobility, an all-electric car-sharing platform that provides EVs as an amenity to hotels and multi-family properties. The deal (cash and stock, terms undisclosed) is intended to accelerate Autonomy's entry into car-sharing, expand its product offering, and scale usage through EV Mobility's existing hospitality and property partnerships; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023.

The acquisition expands Cytracom's platform (UCaaS and SASE) to help MSPs deliver integrated security risk assessments, monitoring, and compliance reporting.

Travelers Acquires Trōv Technology Assets
