Montreal-based Valsoft Corporation acquired the assets of Professional Computing Resources (PCR), a developer of IT service and asset management software serving higher education, government and healthcare customers. The deal marks Valsoft’s entry into the ITSM/ITAM vertical and will keep PCR's existing management and client support in place as part of Valsoft's portfolio of vertical market software businesses.
