High Temperature Superconductors, Inc. (HTS) has completed the acquisition of PVD Products, Inc., a Wilmington, Massachusetts-based manufacturer of custom thin film deposition systems including PLD and reel-to-reel equipment. The purchase gives HTS in-house access to critical deposition tools and engineering capabilities to support commercialization and scale-up of high-temperature superconducting wire for energy, fusion and other high-field applications.

Teledyne Technologies Acquires DD-Scientific

Teledyne Technologies has acquired DD-Scientific Holdings Limited (and its subsidiary DD-Scientific Limited), a U.K.-based developer and manufacturer of electrochemical gas sensors headquartered in Fareham. The acquisition adds lead-free electrochemical sensor technology to Teledyne's sensor and instrumentation portfolio to support customers across industrial safety, medical, and environmental monitoring markets; financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands Eco Depot’s industrial product portfolio and brings proprietary coatings and cement-additive technologies aimed at improving durability and reducing costs for oilfield tools and construction materials.

Bernhard Capital Partners Acquires Duotech Services

Bernhard Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Duotech Services, a Franklin, North Carolina-based provider of repair, remanufacturing, and engineering solutions for radar and related systems, to expand its newly launched government services platform. Terms were not disclosed; Duotech will retain its headquarters and management team and will join Bernhard Capital's government services platform alongside the Federal & Defense business of VSE Corporation.

Nederman Acquires Duroair Technologies Inc

Sweden-based environmental technology company Nederman has acquired Canadian air-filtration manufacturer Duroair Technologies Inc to strengthen its Extraction & Filtration Technology division in the US and Canada. The deal implies an enterprise value of approximately CAD 11 million with a potential earn-out of up to CAD 4 million; Duroair (headquartered in Niagara Falls, Ontario) will continue to operate under its brand and has about 10 employees.
