Premier Truck Group, a Penske Automotive Group company, acquired River States Truck and Trailer, Inc., a La Crosse, Wisconsin-based commercial truck dealership and repair business. The deal adds five facilities across western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota, expands Premier's footprint into new markets, and is expected to contribute roughly $200 million of estimated annualized revenue.

Hub International Acquires Jackson Hole Insurance

Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Jackson Hole Insurance, LLC, an independent personal-lines agency based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The acquisition strengthens Hub’s personal and high-net-worth insurance capabilities in the Mountain States region; Jackson Hole Insurance leadership (Evan Molyneaux and Geoff Whitaker) will join Hub Mountain States. Terms were not disclosed.

Penske Automotive Group Acquires Rybrook Group Limited (15 UK Dealerships)

Penske Automotive Group has completed the acquisition of Rybrook Group Limited, adding 15 premium dealerships across the United Kingdom (BMW, MINI, Volvo, Land Rover and Porsche) with estimated annualized revenues of $1.0 billion. The deal expands Penske's UK footprint through its Sytner Group subsidiary and brings the Rybrook associates into the Penske/Sytner business.

Bluejay Capital Partners Acquires Pacific West

Bluejay Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Pacific West, LLC, a Salt Lake City–based niche rail and industrial services firm. The transaction was financed with unitranche debt and an equity co-investment from Southfield Mezzanine; terms were not disclosed and Pacific West COO Dustin Hall retains a meaningful ownership stake. Bluejay intends to expand Pacific West's service offerings and geographic reach across the western United States.

FleetPride Acquires Berggren Diesel

FleetPride, the nation's largest distributor of truck and trailer parts and services, has acquired the assets of Berggren Diesel, a family-owned heavy-duty truck service operator with locations in Idaho Falls and Terreton, Idaho. The deal expands FleetPride's service footprint in Idaho and western Wyoming and brings Berggren's technicians and support staff into FleetPride's national parts and service network.

Penske Automotive Group Acquires Bill Brown Ford

Penske Automotive Group has acquired Bill Brown Ford, a longtime Ford dealership located in Livonia, Michigan, expanding Penske’s North American retail footprint in the Midwest. The acquisition includes more than 200,000 square feet of facilities across 29 acres (dealership, pre-owned facility, fleet maintenance and collision center) and is expected to add about $550 million in estimated annualized revenue.
