Kingswood Capital Management, LP acquired Support Services Group, Inc. (SSG), a global omnichannel contact center provider headquartered in Waco, Texas. SSG's founding ownership group remains minority owners; the company operates 20+ facilities across ten countries with a workforce of over 10,000 agents. Cerberus Business Finance provided debt financing and several advisors supported the transaction.

WestPoint Home Acquires Vision Support Services (VSS)

WestPoint Home, a division of Icahn Enterprises, has acquired Blackburn-based Vision Support Services (VSS), a producer of bedding, bath and table linens for the hospitality, spa and healthcare sectors. The deal gives WestPoint expanded reach in Europe and bolsters its hospitality offerings in North America; VSS chairman Dan Wright will step down and managing director Laurie Thomas will continue to lead the business.
