Support Services Group Acquires Innovative Vision

Support Services Group (SSG) has acquired Innovative Vision, a Toronto-based marketing technology BPO, expanding SSG’s omnichannel customer experience footprint into Canada and Jamaica. Innovative Vision, founded in 2002 and with roughly 900 employees, will join SSG’s global contact center network to provide additional delivery capacity for technology and e-commerce clients.
