Synopsys has completed the acquisition of Tinfoil Security, a provider of dynamic application security testing (DAST) and API testing solutions. The deal adds Tinfoil’s developer-focused DAST and API-scanning capabilities to Synopsys’ Software Integrity/Polaris platform to broaden its application security portfolio and accelerate integration into DevOps workflows.
