Aneo, HitecVision and St1 Form 1Vision Biogas to Consolidate Ownership of Biokraft International

Aneo Renewables, HitecVision and St1 intend to consolidate their Biokraft International shareholdings into a newly formed holding company, 1Vision Biogas, which would hold approximately 55% of Biokraft and trigger a mandatory public offer for the remaining shares. The consolidation is conditional on regulatory clearances; 1Vision Biogas intends to make a cash offer of SEK 20.65 per share and to support Biokraft’s growth, including construction of new biogas plants in Germany and Sweden.

HitecVision Acquires Majority Stake in Vow Green Metals

HitecVision has completed its acquisition of a 91.4% stake in Vow Green Metals (via its vehicle Midas Industri AS), becoming the company's majority shareholder and initiating a delisting from Euronext Growth Oslo. The new ownership will support Vow Green Metals' plan to scale biocarbon production capacity across Norway and develop an integrated industrial platform to supply metallurgical and other heavy industries.

HitecVision Acquires 50% Stake in Altibox Carrier from Lyse

The joint venture will remain headquartered in Stavanger and will focus on developing existing subsea and terrestrial routes, building new strategic routes, and pursuing acquisitions of smaller Nordic fiber operators to meet rising data-traffic demand.

TotalEnergies Acquires VSB Group, SN Power and Big Sky Solar
