HitecVision Acquires 50% Stake in Altibox Carrier from Lyse

HitecVision has acquired a 50% ownership stake in Altibox Carrier, a subsidiary carved out from Lyse, to create an independent Nordic platform for high-capacity fiber infrastructure serving data centers and cloud providers. The joint venture will remain headquartered in Stavanger and will focus on developing existing subsea and terrestrial routes, building new strategic routes, and pursuing acquisitions of smaller Nordic fiber operators to meet rising data-traffic demand.

HitecVision has agreed to buy a 50% stake in Polska Grupa Biogazowa (PGB) from TotalEnergies for an enterprise value of €190 million under a signed SPA. PGB is Poland’s leading biogas operator with 20 operating units and c.450 GWh of equivalent biomethane capacity (targeting 2 TWh by 2030); the partnership will support scaling via greenfield projects and M&A and remains subject to regulatory approvals.

A consortium of Hafslund Eco, Infranode and HitecVision has completed the acquisition of Fortum Oslo Varme, which will be renamed Hafslund Oslo Celsio. Hafslund Eco holds a 60% majority stake while Infranode and HitecVision hold 20% each; the partnership plans ~NOK 10 billion of investments including NOK 1.4 billion for a CCS project at the Klemetsrud waste-to-energy plant and major district cooling investments.

ABP is a Norwegian industrial real estate company with 106 mission-critical properties serving energy and maritime clusters along the Norwegian coast; the portfolio was transacted at an implied property value of NOK 9,000 million (after deferred tax).

The acquisition expands Moreld's capabilities into subsea engineering and construction, adds Ocean Installer's ~280 employees and international offices, and is being financed in part by a US$225 million senior secured note offering; the deal is subject to Norwegian competition approval.
