I Squared Capital Acquires KIO Networks

I Squared Capital has completed the acquisition of KIO Networks, Mexico’s largest data center operator and a leading digital infrastructure service provider with operations across Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and Spain. The deal expands I Squared Capital’s digital infrastructure platform in Latin America by adding KIO’s data center footprint, managed cloud, cybersecurity and managed services capabilities.
