H.I.G. Capital Acquires Synecore Limited and Meesons Futures Limited to Create the Andwis Group

H.I.G. Capital, via an affiliate, has acquired UK-based Synecore Limited and Meesons Futures Limited and combined them with existing portfolio companies CPS and Classic Lifts to form the Andwis Group, a technical building services platform. The transactions expand Andwis' capabilities across HVAC/M&E, lifts, and physical security, and H.I.G. expects further add-on acquisitions in fire protection, access & security, and compliance services.

JLL Partners Acquires PowerParts Group

JLL Partners has acquired PowerParts Group, a precision manufacturer and field-services provider of aftermarket components for gas- and steam-turbine power plants, from Mangrove Equity Partners. JLL intends to use PowerParts Group as the foundation of a new engineering-focused power-generation components platform and plans to expand capacity and capabilities through organic investment and strategic acquisitions.

CAM Industrial Solutions Acquires Worley's North American Maintenance, Turnaround and Power O&M Businesses

CAM Industrial Solutions, a portfolio company backed by Cross Rapids Capital, completed the acquisition of Worley’s North American maintenance and turnaround business and Worley’s power operations and maintenance business. The combination creates a scaled industrial services platform with pro forma revenue of about $800 million and more than 5,000 employees, expanding CAM’s maintenance, turnaround and power O&M capabilities across North America.

Howden Maintenance Partners Acquires Assets of Turbine Europe

POWER, an employee-owned U.S. engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Hailey, Idaho, has ~4,000 employees and 50 offices across North America; the acquisition is expected to deliver cost synergies and cross-selling opportunities.
