Demetra, an Italy-headquartered medical devices manufacturer specializing in bone cement and preformed antibiotic-loaded spacers for orthopaedic and spine surgery, will be supported by Astorg to accelerate international growth, product development and inorganic expansion; financial terms were not disclosed.
