MCM Capital Partners Acquires AIM Processing

MCM Capital Partners, a micro‑cap private equity firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, has acquired AIM Processing, a custom plastic injection molder headquartered in Longmont, Colorado. AIM's president Jon Gelston retained a significant equity stake and MCM said it will augment AIM's technical molding and automation capabilities with strategic sales and marketing to drive growth; the deal is the second platform investment in MCM Capital Partners IV, L.P.
