Warren Equity's Integrated Facility Solutions Acquires Concept Controls

Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS), a platform of Warren Equity Partners, has acquired Concept Controls Inc., a Calgary-based distributor, servicer and rental provider of industrial safety and environmental monitoring equipment. The deal is the first add-on for the IFS buy-and-build platform; Concept Controls’ President Mike Stephens will retain a significant equity stake and remain as President.

GE Industrial Systems Acquires International Fiber Systems

(IFS), a Newton, Connecticut-based maker of fiber optic transmission products for electronic security and intelligent transportation systems. IFS will become a subsidiary of GE Interlogix Inc., part of GE Industrial Systems; financial terms were not disclosed.
