Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS), a portfolio company of Warren Equity Partners, has acquired Multigas Detection Inc., a Canada-based fixed gas detection sales and service provider. The acquisition is an add-on to grow the fixed gas detection business of IFS portfolio company Concept Controls and expand service capabilities across Canada; financial terms were not disclosed.

SitePro Acquires Integrated Control Solutions (ICS)

SitePro, an oilfield automation technology provider based in Lubbock, Texas, has acquired Integrated Control Solutions (ICS) to combine complementary automation technologies and managed services for upstream and midstream operators. The deal was financed with a J.P. Morgan debt facility and support from SitePro's existing shareholders, including Cottonwood Venture Partners and several family offices; ICS founders join SitePro's management team and retain ownership in SitePro.

The investment—Apax Global Impact's first climate‑focused deal—will support IES's growth and scale its software and services to meet rising demand for sustainability solutions in building design, retrofit and operation.
