Rainier Partners, a Seattle-based private equity firm, has acquired Kleen-Tech Services, a Denver-founded national janitorial and facilities services provider operating across more than 30 states with approximately 2,000 employees. Under Rainier's ownership, Kleen-Tech will pursue organic growth and strategic M&A while leveraging Rainier's SUMMIT value creation process; Piper Sandler advised Rainier and G2 Capital Advisors advised Kleen-Tech on the transaction.

Individual FoodService Acquires Cole Supply Company

Individual FoodService (IFS), a Bell, California-based distributor of foodservice disposables and janitorial products, has acquired Cole Supply Company, a Benicia, California-based distributor of janitorial, cleaning and facility supplies. The acquisition expands IFS's presence in northern California and strengthens its JanSan offering while Cole's customers gain access to IFS's broader product portfolio; Devin Cole, owner and President of Cole, will continue to lead the business.

Kelso & Company Acquires Individual FoodService

Kelso & Company has acquired a majority equity interest in Individual FoodService (IFS), a Bell, California-based distributor of foodservice disposables, packaging and janitorial/sanitation products, from prior investor Sole Source Capital. Kelso said it will partner with IFS management to accelerate the company's acquisition strategy, expand capabilities and invest in operations; Kenneth Sweder was appointed Chairman of the IFS board.

FLEETWASH Acquires Krystal Klean
