Rainier Partners, a Seattle-based private equity firm, has acquired Kleen-Tech Services, a Denver-founded national janitorial and facilities services provider operating across more than 30 states with approximately 2,000 employees. Under Rainier's ownership, Kleen-Tech will pursue organic growth and strategic M&A while leveraging Rainier's SUMMIT value creation process; Piper Sandler advised Rainier and G2 Capital Advisors advised Kleen-Tech on the transaction.

4M Building Solutions Acquires Miracle Clean Services and FKI Cleaning Services

4M Building Solutions, the St. Louis–based commercial cleaning platform backed by O2 Investment Partners, acquired Akron, Ohio–based Miracle Clean Services and Washington, Missouri–based FKI Cleaning Services. The transactions are add-on acquisitions intended to expand 4M's geographic footprint and bring additional team members, client contracts, and operational capabilities onto the 4M platform; terms were not disclosed.

The Facilities Group Acquires JaniTech

The Facilities Group, a PE-backed facilities maintenance platform backed by Greenbriar Equity Group and Revolent Capital Solutions, has added JaniTech, a regional janitorial and facility maintenance provider headquartered in Colchester, Vermont. The deal brings JaniTech into TFG’s family of regional providers to expand the platform’s footprint in Vermont and the broader New England market and to provide additional resources and career growth opportunities for JaniTech employees.
