Lamons Acquires AUGE Industrial Fasteners

Lamons, a First Reserve-backed manufacturer of sealing and attachment solutions, has acquired AUGE Industrial Fasteners, a North American maker of engineered critical fasteners with primary operations in Lerma, Mexico. The acquisition is intended to vertically integrate Lamons' supply chain, expand manufacturing capacity, and better serve blue‑chip customers across energy, chemical, construction and OEM markets; financial terms were not disclosed.
