ECI Software Solutions Acquires ThermoGRID

ECI Software Solutions has acquired ThermoGRID, a SaaS field-service management solution for residential service contractors developed by Adam Cory. The acquisition, which closed on September 1, 2020, brings ThermoGRID into ECI's Field Service division to expand ECI's capabilities and reach into residential HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other contractor markets; terms were not disclosed.

Tech24 Acquires AmeriCold and Arrowhead Commercial Equipment

Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired AmeriCold (announced August 19, 2022) and Arrowhead Commercial Equipment (announced August 10, 2022) as add-on acquisitions to its Tech24 platform. The deals expand Tech24's cold-side refrigeration service capabilities and increase its market share in the New York metro/DC/Southeast Florida and Phoenix markets; financial terms were not disclosed.

BrightView Acquires Cutting Edge Property Maintenance, Inc.

The deal brings Cutting Edge's more than 110 employees and capabilities in winter services, landscape maintenance, tree care, and irrigation into BrightView's national platform to expand its Upper Midwest footprint.

Heartland Home Services Acquires Blue Frost Heating & Cooling

Frontier Growth Invests in ClearGov
