Raptor Technologies Acquires PayK12

The acquisition adds secure event ticketing and payment capabilities to Raptor’s VisitorSafe and EventSafe products, expanding the company’s school safety and administrative offerings to include event and payments management.

Investcorp Acquires Vivaticket

Investcorp has signed an agreement to acquire Ticket Holding S.à.r.l. ("Vivaticket") from the company's co-founders and several minority shareholders. Headquartered in Bologna, Italy, Vivaticket is a provider of integrated ticketing software with ~450 employees; Investcorp said it will support the company's international growth both organically and through add-on acquisitions.
