American AllWaste (NewHold) Acquires Highway Environmental

American AllWaste LLC, a platform of NewHold Enterprises, acquired the assets of Highway Environmental, LLC, a Chattanooga-based provider of non-hazardous liquid-waste transportation and landfill leachate services. The deal adds composting and brown-grease-recovery capabilities and strengthens AllWaste's position in the Texas municipal and non-hazardous liquid waste markets; Walker Aero's co-founder Phillip S. McCammon will continue with the combined company.

LRS Acquires GHW to Expand into Indianapolis Market

Shamrock Environmental Acquires JG Environmental

VLS Environmental Solutions Acquires Texas Molecular

VLS Environmental Solutions, a Houston-based platform backed by I Squared Capital, has acquired Texas Molecular, a Deer Park- and Corpus Christi-based provider of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid industrial waste handling, treatment and sequestration. The acquisition expands VLS's capabilities into hazardous waste processing and sequestration; Texas Molecular manages over 75 million gallons annually and the combined platform now has more than 1,000 employees and 38 locations across North America.
