Growth Catalyst will integrate InspiredMinds! into its Data Society Group platform while the business continues to operate independently and plans to launch its festival-style AI summits in the United States in 2025.

The capital will be used to accelerate commercialization and development of WhiteStar's proprietary geospatial data assets and AI-based land-mapping capabilities for real estate, energy & utilities, telecom and other infrastructure markets; terms were not disclosed.
