Tyler Technologies has acquired Computing System Innovations, LLC (CSI), an Orlando-area provider of AI-driven redaction, indexing, and document processing software for courts and public-sector customers. Tyler will integrate CSI's Intellidact platform into its eFile & Serve and other product suites to expand AI automation and document-processing capabilities; CSI management and staff will join Tyler and remain in their current offices.

Centerbridge and Bridgeport Acquire Computer Services, Inc. for $1.6 Billion

Private equity firms Centerbridge Partners and Bridgeport Partners completed an all-cash $1.6 billion acquisition of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), taking the company private at $58.00 per share and causing its common stock to cease trading on the OTCQX. The deal positions CSI to accelerate investment in cloud, R&D, and expanded fintech/regtech product capabilities to better serve community banks, fintechs and corporate customers.

(CSI) has acquired Hawthorn River, a St. Louis-based provider of a single-platform loan origination system (LOS), to add purpose-built lending capabilities to CSI’s end-to-end banking software platform. The deal follows a prior commercial partnership and is intended to strengthen CSI’s loan origination functionality for community and regional banks while enabling distribution to non-CSI banks via channel partnerships and API integrations.

Heckens & Wood Capital Acquires FortifyIT

The deal is Heckens & Wood’s first acquisition as it seeks to build an integrated managed IT services platform; terms were not disclosed.

UES Acquires CSI to Expand Midwest Operations

UES, a national engineering and consulting firm based in Orlando, Florida, has acquired CSI (Consulting Services Incorporated), a Lexington, Kentucky-based geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and environmental services firm with an additional office in Cincinnati, Ohio. The acquisition brings CSI into UES's Midwest region to expand services and geographic coverage in Kentucky and Ohio; CSI's leadership will continue to operate day-to-day business.
