Mno-DREK, LLC, a Dowagiac, Michigan-based holding company, has acquired Walerko Tool & Engineering Corporation of Elkhart, Indiana. The family-owned precision machining and tooling business, founded in 1952 and sold by owner Ed Walerko as part of his retirement, will be integrated into Mno-DREK’s portfolio to expand its precision machining and tooling capabilities across aerospace, automotive and industrial end markets.
