Dormer Pramet, part of Sandvik Machining Solutions (Sandvik AB), has acquired Wetmore Tool & Engineering Company from Corridor Capital. Wetmore, a Chino, California-based manufacturer of specialty round cutting tools and temporary fasteners for aerospace customers, will be integrated into Sandvik's tooling portfolio to expand its round-tool capabilities and manufacturing competence.

Winsert Acquires Mack Tool & Engineering
