Acadia Healthcare Acquires Three Comprehensive Treatment Centers in North Carolina

Acadia Healthcare (NASDAQ: ACHC) has acquired three comprehensive treatment centers in North Carolina — now rebranded as Raleigh Comprehensive Treatment Center, Greenville Comprehensive Treatment Center, and Hillsborough Comprehensive Treatment Center — expanding its CTC footprint in the state to 10 locations and its national footprint to 160 CTC locations across 32 states. The centers provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) combined with behavioral therapy and other support services; Acadia says the additions were identified through collaboration with UNC and aim to increase access to substance use disorder treatment in North Carolina.

Agape Care Group (Ridgemont-backed) Acquires GHC Hospice

Agape Care Group, a portfolio company of Ridgemont Equity Partners, has acquired GHC Hospice, a hospice provider serving 25 counties in Georgia and South Carolina. The acquisition adds 135 care providers and 285 patients, expanding Agape's team to 1,450 employees caring for 3,600 patients across the Southeast; GHC will continue to operate under its current name and terms were not disclosed.

Bernhard Capital-Backed Grace Design Studios Acquires CRGA Design

Grace Design Studios, a Bernhard Capital Partners-backed AEC platform, has acquired CRGA Design, a Baltimore-based architecture, interior design and planning firm specializing in healthcare facility design. The add-on expands Grace's healthcare capabilities and footprint in the Mid-Atlantic (Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina) while CRGA will operate as a Grace Design Studio with its leadership remaining in place.

Oceans Healthcare Acquires Haven Behavioral Healthcare

Newport Healthcare Acquires PrairieCare
