Bruynzeel Storage Systems, the Netherlands-based market leader in mobile storage systems, has acquired Ohio-based distributor RDT Concepts to strengthen its commercial presence in the United States. The acquisition gives Bruynzeel a U.S. office (RDT Bruynzeel Storage Systems) and additional capacity to pursue larger projects across libraries, archives, museums, healthcare, education, government and industrial markets.

Gilde Equity Management Acquires Majority Stake in Bruynzeel Storage Systems

Gilde Equity Management has become the majority shareholder of Bruynzeel Storage Systems in a transaction for an undisclosed consideration, subject to antitrust approval. Bruynzeel, headquartered in Panningen, the Netherlands, generated about €60 million in revenue last year and has more than 200 employees; Gilde will support the company’s international growth strategy to expand revenue beyond €100 million by 2026.

MasterBrand Acquires Supreme Cabinetry Brands for $520 Million

MasterBrand, Inc., through its subsidiary MasterBrand Cabinets LLC, agreed to acquire Supreme Cabinetry Brands, Inc. from GHK Capital Partners LP for $520 million in cash. The deal (expected to close in Q3 2024) adds the premium brands Dura Supreme and Bertch to MasterBrand's portfolio, is expected to deliver $28 million of annual cost synergies by year three, and will be funded with cash on hand and incremental debt commitments.

Camping World Acquires Van Boxtel RV

Camping World Holdings, Inc. has agreed to acquire Van Boxtel RV in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2023. The deal will increase Camping World's Wisconsin locations to seven and adds sales, over 30 service bays, a collision center, seasonal rentals and a parts and accessories store at the Green Bay site.

Kamps, Inc., a national pallet recycler headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Buckeye Diamond Logistics, Inc. (BDL), a South Charleston, Ohio-based pallet recycling and management company. The add-on deal (expected to close end of June 2021) expands Kamps' national footprint and pallet recycling capabilities while retaining BDL's employees and leadership under Kamps' PE-backed platform.
