INS is a value-added reseller and services provider of wired and wireless IoT products for industrial and enterprise customers across the U.S.; the investment is intended to expand INS’s offerings and pursue strategic acquisitions.

Netsurit Acquires Vital I/O

Wynnchurch Capital exited the company; IPS management retained a minority stake and Fortress plans to invest to expand capacity and capture strong infrastructure demand across water, telecom and mining markets.

PC Capital Invests in Netwey to Accelerate FTTH and Expand Affordable Internet in Mexico

PC Capital Development Fund II completed a growth investment in ISLIM Telco, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Netwey), a Mexican ISP that provides prepaid, low-cost internet plans to low-income households. The investment will fund Netwey's expansion and the build-out of its own telecommunications infrastructure (including FTTH) to accelerate deployment into underserved communities.
