Vector Solutions has acquired ArdentSky to expand its regulatory licensing and compliance capabilities for the gaming industry, creating an integrated compliance and workforce readiness suite for casinos, sportsbooks, iGaming platforms, and equipment manufacturers. The deal strengthens Vector's presence in the gaming market and integrates ArdentSky's licensing, product compliance, and managed services into Vector's broader safety and compliance SaaS offerings.
