Australia’s Kelsian Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of All Aboard America! Holdings, Inc., a large US passenger motorcoach operator serving corporate, government, education, LNG and tourism customers across multiple states. The deal gives Kelsian an established multi-state US platform and a pipeline of contract and charter opportunities in the American market.

Titan Acquisition Holdings Acquires Huntington Ingalls' San Diego Shipyard

Titan Acquisition Holdings, a PE-backed ship repair and fabrication platform formed by The Carlyle Group and Stellex Capital Management, has signed an agreement to acquire Huntington Ingalls Industries' San Diego Shipyard. The acquisition expands Titan's ship repair capabilities and geographic footprint in a major U.S. naval port to better serve defense and commercial maritime customers; closing is expected in Q2 and financial terms were not disclosed.

Alaska Air Group Acquires Hawaiian Holdings

H.I.G. Infrastructure Acquires North America Central School Bus

The deal was an exit for prior sponsor Goldner Hawn LP; H.I.G. said it will support geographic expansion and a transition to next-generation (including electric) bus technology while management, led by CEO Steve Hemmerlein, remains in place.
