Holdings, Inc., a large US passenger motorcoach operator serving corporate, government, education, LNG and tourism customers across multiple states. The deal gives Kelsian an established multi-state US platform and a pipeline of contract and charter opportunities in the American market.

Tiger Infrastructure Partners Acquires Controlling Interest in IC Alaska Airport LLC (NorthLink Aviation)

Tiger Infrastructure Partners acquired a controlling interest in IC Alaska Airport LLC, which has been renamed NorthLink Aviation, to fund and develop a 120-acre air cargo terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport under a 55-year lease. The investment will finance construction of a purpose-built cargo terminal with warehouses, fueling and deicing infrastructure and support services to capitalize on growing trans-Pacific air cargo volumes.

Alta Equipment Group Acquires Hilo Equipment & Services

Alta Equipment Group Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hilo Equipment & Services, a privately held material handling equipment distributor with three branches in the New York City metro area. Hilo generated approximately $50 million in revenue and $3.0 million of Adjusted EBITDA in FY2019; the acquisition expands Alta's footprint in the northeastern United States and strengthens its OEM partnerships and service capabilities.

American Airlines Makes Strategic Equity Investment in Universal Hydrogen

American Airlines announced a strategic equity investment in Universal Hydrogen, a Los Angeles–based company building a green hydrogen distribution and logistics network for aviation. The investment supports American's greenhouse gas reduction targets and backs Universal Hydrogen's modular hydrogen capsule logistics approach, which aims to begin deliveries for regional aircraft in 2025. American joins existing strategic investors including Airbus Ventures, GE Aviation and Toyota Ventures.

Republic Airways Holdings Inc. Completes Merger with Mesa Air Group, Inc.

Republic Airways Holdings Inc. has completed its merger with Mesa Air Group, creating a combined publicly traded regional airline that will operate the world’s largest Embraer jet fleet and support major carriers under existing and new capacity purchase agreements. Republic stockholders will own approximately 88% of the combined company while Mesa stockholders will own between 6% and 12% pending final settlement of pre-closing obligations.
