H.I.G. Capital Acquires Rainham Industrial Services

H.I.G. Capital, through one of its affiliates, has acquired Rainham Industrial Services Limited, a UK provider of industrial installation, maintenance and refurbishment services. Rainham's executive management will reinvest and remain in place; H.I.G. intends to support growth through expansion of services and selective add-on acquisitions across power generation, energy-from-waste, nuclear and manufacturing end markets.

H.I.G. Capital Affiliate Acquires Classic Lifts Limited

H.I.G. Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Travis Perkins Plc's Plumbing & Heating business (P&H) in a divestiture valued at approximately £325 million. The carved-out business, which trades under City Plumbing Supplies and Plumbing Trade Solutions and operates more than 350 branches across the UK and Ireland with over 3,000 employees, will be transitioned to an independent company to accelerate customer-focused growth under H.I.G.'s ownership.

The UK-based property and asset refurbishment provider operates roughly 15 branches and offers refurbishment, electrical and fire protection services to social housing, local government, defence, hospitality and utilities clients; H.I.G. intends to support service and geographic expansion and pursue add-on acquisitions.

Toronto-based private equity firm CPS Capital made a significant growth investment in Royal House Partners (RHP), a Dallas-founded platform focused on consolidating residential and light-commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors. The investment supports RHP’s roll-up strategy and enabled the platform to close its first ten add-on acquisitions across Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma, with Twin Brook Capital Partners providing debt financing.
