Verdane Acquires WoolOvers, Purity Soft Drinks and Lumene from Langholm Capital

Verdane, the Northern European growth equity investor, has agreed a majority acquisition of a portfolio of three consumer businesses — WoolOvers, Purity Soft Drinks and Lumene — from Langholm Capital. The combined portfolio has run‑rate revenues of ~EUR 155 million and EBITDA of ~EUR 14 million; Verdane said it will support international expansion and strengthen the companies’ online/D2C capabilities.

Jernbro Acquires Veltec

Veltec brings more than 50 years of experience and over 300 skilled staff in Norway and Denmark; the combined business will operate from 35+ locations and about 1,300 employees.
