Black Knight, Inc. acquired Compass Analytics, LLC, a San Francisco–based provider of mortgage secondary-market pricing, valuation and MSR analytics. The deal expands Black Knight's capital markets capabilities by adding Compass Analytics' CompassPoint PPE platform, MSR valuation tools and connectivity between lenders, investors and servicers.

Kroll Acquires Redscan
