Resolver CEO Will Anderson will join Kroll’s digital services leadership team as the companies integrate Resolver’s Risk Intelligence platform with Kroll’s expert-led risk and governance services to build an end-to-end risk platform.

Barracuda Networks Acquires SKOUT Cybersecurity

Barracuda Networks has acquired SKOUT Cybersecurity, a Melville, New York-based provider of an XDR platform and 24x7 SOC services optimized for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The deal, announced in July 2021 and completed July 13, 2021, expands Barracuda's MSP-focused security portfolio by adding SKOUT's XDR technology and managed detection-and-response capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires UK Data Consultancy Redkite

PDI Acquires Cybera and ControlScan Managed Security Services

PDI (Professional Datasolutions, Inc.) has acquired Cybera and ControlScan Managed Security Services to create a new line of business, PDI Security Solutions, expanding into cloud security and SD‑WAN. The transactions (Cybera sold by Sumeru Equity Partners) bring managed security, network security and SD‑WAN capabilities to PDI’s convenience retail, petroleum and multi‑site customers; advisors were Jefferies LLC (Cybera) and Raymond James (ControlScan).
