EQT Private Capital Asia, via Baring Private Equity Asia Fund VIII managed by EQT, has completed the acquisition of PropertyGuru Group Limited for USD 6.70 per share, valuing the company at approximately USD 1.1 billion. Blackstone Infrastructure Acquires 22% Minority Stake in AGS Airports

Blackstone's infrastructure strategy for individual investors agreed to acquire a 22% minority stake in AGS Airports from AviAlliance for £235 million to support continued growth of UK travel and tourism.
