Berkshire Partners Acquires United Flow Technologies from H.I.G. Capital

Berkshire Partners (through an affiliate) has acquired United Flow Technologies (UFT) from H.I.G. Capital; terms were not disclosed. H.I.G. will retain a minority stake while UFT — headquartered in Irving, Texas — continues to provide process equipment, pumps, flow control and automation solutions to municipal and industrial water and wastewater customers.
