Kian Capital Partners made a strategic growth investment in Diamond Landscaping, partnering with founder and CEO Brian Diamond in December 2021 to build a luxury residential landscaping platform. Since the partnership, Diamond Landscaping has nearly tripled revenue and EBITDA and completed five strategic add-on acquisitions to expand its footprint in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, the Hamptons and Jackson Hole.

The deal expands Diamond Landscaping's national luxury-residential platform into the Phoenix/Scottsdale market; AZOD founder Rich Dobbs and his leadership team will remain with the business.

HeartLand (Sterling-backed) Acquires Four Commercial Landscaping Firms

(LSI), Sharp's Landscaping, Total Environment, Inc., and Merit Service Solutions. The add-on deals expand HeartLand's geographic footprint across multiple U.S. markets as part of a roll-up strategy (this marks HeartLand's 13th acquisition since Sterling invested in August 2019).

Riverview Landscapes Acquires All State Landscape Services

Riverview Landscapes, a PE-backed landscaping platform (owned by Talus Holdings and management), has acquired All State Landscape Services LLC, a commercial landscaping and snow services provider based in New Britain, Connecticut. The acquisition is Riverview's first expansion into Connecticut and its 16th deal since 2022; All State's founder will remain in a consulting role while the longtime general manager will lead Riverview's Greater Hartford branch.

Pritzker Private Capital Acquires HeartLand
