Emergency Reporting Acquires Spotted Dog Technologies

Emergency Reporting, a Bellingham, Washington-based provider of cloud records management and reporting software for fire and EMS agencies, has acquired Spotted Dog Technologies, maker of the Rover two-way notification and response platform. The deal will integrate Rover’s responder notification and situational-awareness capabilities into Emergency Reporting’s RMS to improve response times and provide expanded features for first responders; Spotted Dog’s founder Geoffrey Giordano will remain with the combined business.
