Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company based in Atlanta, has acquired Hydro International, a Clevedon, UK-based provider of stormwater and wastewater products, services, and data solutions, from funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity LLP. The acquisition expands Oldcastle Infrastructure’s water market capabilities and geographic reach across North America and Europe by adding Hydro’s product breadth, services capability and R&D expertise.

Holcim Acquires Cajun Ready Mix Concrete

Fabcon Precast Acquires Oldcastle Infrastructure's Building Services Division

Minneapolis-based Fabcon Precast has acquired the assets of the Building Services Division (BSD) from Oldcastle Infrastructure, including the Selkirk, New York manufacturing facility and associated precast product lines. The acquisition adds hollowcore planks, columns, beams and wall panels to Fabcon’s portfolio, expanding its production capacity and strengthening its position in the Northeastern U.S. market.

Aggregate Industries (LafargeHolcim) Acquires Cowden Inc.

Aggregate Industries, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LafargeHolcim in the United States, has acquired the ready-mix concrete and aggregate assets of Cowden Inc., a long-standing supplier in the Bellingham, Washington area. The business will operate as Cowden, a division of Aggregate Industries Pacific Northwest, and more than 100 Cowden employees will join AI as part of the transaction.
