Waterlogic Acquires Pure Water Technology Ohio and Pure Water Technology Georgia

Waterlogic, the Castik Capital-backed designer and operator of point-of-use drinking water systems, has completed the acquisitions of Pure Water Technology (PWT) Ohio and Pure Water Technology (PWT) Georgia. The add-on deals expand Waterlogic's U.S. footprint, adding an estimated 11,000 dispensers and more than 5,000 customers while integrating the PWT teams into Waterlogic's sales and service network.
