Waterlogic Acquires Bulgarian Distributor Pure Pro

Waterlogic, a PE-backed global designer, manufacturer and service provider of purified drinking water dispensers, has acquired Pure Pro, a Sofia-based distributor and service provider of Waterlogic products in Bulgaria. The deal expands Waterlogic’s direct presence in Central and Eastern Europe and brings Pure Pro’s local sales, leasing and service capabilities — including service centers in Sofia, Varna and Burgas — into the Waterlogic platform.
