DaySmart Software acquired Sawyer to expand its recreation-focused product suite, adding Sawyer’s scheduling, payments and marketplace capabilities for K–12 extracurricular activities. Sawyer, founded in 2015 in Brooklyn, provides a two-sided platform connecting parents with providers and will be integrated into DaySmart’s vertically-focused SMB software offerings; Leonis Partners served as Sawyer’s financial advisor.
