AVANT, the nation’s Technology Services Distributor, has acquired CX Effect, a specialty technology services distributor focused on customer experience (CX) and artificial intelligence (AI). The deal adds 40+ CX and AI vendor relationships and sales enablement capabilities to AVANT’s Trusted Advisor platform, and brings CX Effect leadership into AVANT to support market development and vendor business development.
