Knowtion Health, a Sunstone Partners-backed healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company based in Boca Raton, Florida, has acquired Amplus, an RCM A/R resolution and technology services provider headquartered in Torrance, California. The add-on transaction will expand Knowtion's low-balance recovery capabilities by combining Amplus's machine-learning-enabled recovery tools and experienced billing team with Knowtion's broader RCM platform.
