One Ring Networks Acquires Skyriver Communications

One Ring Networks completed the acquisition of Skyriver Communications, adding high-speed fixed wireless and fiber internet assets and expanding One Ring’s footprint into multiple California markets. The deal enables One Ring to offer hosted PBX, managed IT services and additional redundancy solutions to businesses across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, San Diego and Riverside/San Bernardino.

Trive Capital Acquires EarthLink

Trive Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has acquired EarthLink, LLC from Windstream Holdings and also purchased the assets of nQue Technologies LLC. Trive says it will partner with the existing EarthLink and nQue management teams to invest in products and grow EarthLink's consumer and small-business connectivity, hosting, and privacy/security offerings.

EarthLink Acquires Kentucky Fixed-Wireless Provider QX.net

EarthLink has acquired QX.net, a Lexington-based fixed wireless internet provider, to expand its business services and fixed wireless footprint in Kentucky. The acquisition adds QX.net's wireless network, employees and service capabilities (internet, voice, data center and SD-WAN) to EarthLink's portfolio and takes effect immediately.

EarthLink Acquires BroadAspect's Fiber-Optic and Fixed Wireless Network

Blue Yonder has signed (and later closed) an agreement to acquire One Network Enterprises for an enterprise value of approximately $839 million, expanding Blue Yonder's end-to-end supply chain platform. The deal brings One Network's Digital Supply Chain Network, control tower capabilities and a multi-enterprise network of trading partners into Blue Yonder to deliver real-time, multi-tier orchestration, visibility and AI-driven decisioning.
