PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services has acquired Youngstown-based TuDor Physical Therapy, adding ten outpatient clinics and TuDor's home-care services to PHOENIX's network. The deal is PHOENIX's first group of clinics in Ohio and expands its national footprint to 117 clinics across the United States.
